ICT-21 Program

The program provides an Agency-wide computing platform for the 21st century that is efficient, effective, scalable, flexible, and reliable that meets the FDA business requirements and enhances the capabilities of FDA’s IT environment, including: technology refreshment plan, increased consistency and standardization, movement toward providing infrastructure as a utility service, develop and implement new standard operational procedures and processes, and people skill-set development and training.
